Dwight Stones endeavors to work together with his athletes of all levels on the implementation of customized programs that will best suit their personal goals and any lifestyle restrictions.

Technique, Speed, Strength, and Endurance

With the foundation being diet combined with proper rest, these are the four cornerstones of the Dwight Stones Sports Program. At DSS we are excited to provide personalized instruction and programs that have been designed for Junior High School, High School, College, Masters and Professional Athletes seeking the loftiest goals.

Jumpers Club

Price: $100 per session

This package is designed specifically for local Southern California residents. You are welcome to join Coach Stones and several other athletes if you are visiting from out of town. “Jumpers Club” takes place on a weekend day.

  • No more than eight jumpers will be in attendance
  • “Jumpers Club” lasts 2-3 hours
  • Coach Stones will evaluate and work with jumpers individually in a small group setting
  • You’ll receive coaching and correction on your run-up and jumping technique, warm-up and warm down
  • Ideal for High School Athletes in the Pre-season
  • Ideal for High School/College Athletes as an adjunct to their competitive, in-season training.

Bronze

Price: $399.00

This entry level package is a program designed by Coach Stones that you implement according to your personal fitness level and High Jump Goals. You will receive a total of 100 daily workouts in an online program designed specifically for the serious athlete. It will include all of your sprint/interval training with distances, times, and rest spelled out for you. It will include event/goal specific weight training and drills. You will have limited online access to Coach Stones and receive analysis of one taped jumping session every 5 weeks.

  • All running, weightlifting, and drill work is addressed online
  • Limited video analysis
  • A bi-monthly online review and modification of your training progress and goals

 Silver 

Price: $699.00

This package is designed for the athlete who would benefit from direct communication with Coach Stones and periodic in-person evaluation because they place a high priority on improving their fitness, technique, and mental focus. More time and more personalized attention from Coach Stones will take you there.

  • Every aspect of your training spelled out in an easy to follow format
  • All running, weightlifting, and drill work is addressed
  • Limited video analysis when necessary
  • A bi-monthly review and modification of your training progress and goals
  • Three “Jumpers Club” opportunities
  • No more than eight jumpers will be in attendance
  • “Jumpers Club” lasts 2-3 hours
  • Coach Stones will evaluate and work with jumpers individually in a small group setting
  • You’ll receive coaching and correction on your run-up and jumping technique, warm-up and warm down

The following Mini-Camp Options may be a “CO-ED” event teaching and training competitive techniques that guarantee your improvement so you can meet your goals! We welcome Middle School, High School, College, Open and Masters athletes regardless of your skills. You’ll learn state-of -the-art techniques at the championship level over either two ½ days or one full day including comprehensive techniques, drilling and training. Many participants set life bests during the camps and go home with new skills that ensure their improvement.

Mini-Camp Gold

1 Athlete $999.00 Minimum 4/Maximum 8

This package is designed for Southern California residents or those who will be visiting Southern California. It allows you to benefit from the expertise of a Premiere World Class Coach. It includes 2 weekend days with Coach Stones, taking you step-by-step through all of the elements of training for the High Jump. You’ll receive personalized coaching on: correct warm-up/warm down exercises, technique coaching, event specific drills, sprint/interval training, and weight training for the High Jump. By selecting this option you are committing to improvement taught by Coach Stones who is in an elite group of coaches who know more about the event than anyone on the planet.

  • Ideal for anyone desiring face to face analysis by Dwight Stones.
  • 2 workout, ½ days of step-by-step coaching by Dwight Stones including:
    1. Proper warm-up
    2. Jumping approach
    3. Jumping technique
    4. ASICS Shoes/Apparel at cost (40% off Retail)
    5. Event specific drills

This is the same package as the exclusive Gold option but customized for those who live outside of Southern California only and wish for Coach Stones to come to you.
