A “CO-ED” event teaching and training competitive techniques that guarantee your improvement so you can rise to the next level! We welcome Middle School, High School, College, Open and Masters athletes of all skill levels. You’ll learn state-of-the-art techniques at a championship level and won’t go home with just the “basics”.
